An individual voice

Specialist retailers have the opportunity to speak a very specific marketing language - unique to the relationship they have with their generally entrenched repeat customers. The Saddlery Barn was such an opportunity - a successful retailer who wanted to reinvent themselves and stimulate new consumer awareness.

Colour, texture and emotive imagery were the foundation creative elements for the development of a print, merchandising, signage and online brand update. With a healthy share of the regional market place, it was our job to reposition the brand, build equity and appeal to a broader consumer demographic. The retail site, deep in the industrial outskirts of Christchurch was first up to have a complete transformation and make a clear statement of a refreshed brand positioning.
